One Fantastic Eve.

That was the time of half freedom. The last string of work was tying us restraining from becoming a lukkha of final semester. On 8th Dec'06 morning, my MTP (MTech Project) report of Stage-II was submitted. Presentations for the same were scheduled on 17h. After 17, it was sure a celebration time.. But still the feelings showed up on 8th evening too.. :D

It was one of the best evening in its own genre.. A comibination of things that I havent tried before..
Well, we first went to "Go-Karting" in Hiranandani. I did this for first time. I came at 1st rank with Avg. session lap time of 00:35:48 seconds. Good for the beginner, I suppose.. :)
Next, it was turn of "Banging/Dashing Cars". Its always a fun banging others..
Then it was time for some food (God, I love food !!). We went to "KFC", then "Galleria" for the same.
Lastly it was time to relax. We spent some good time in "Cafe Mocha". Jayesh's Takila shot of Coffee will always be a memory.. ;)

A good time for 4hrs.. IIT doesnt refrain us, but the system doesnt give us regular time for such wonderful eve's..

There was even more left for the day.. We came back and joined the birth day celebration of 4 of our friends at 00.00am at night,, followed by movie at room.. Isnt it a great way to use time !! :)

Doing What you want to do.

Its always so much of a satisfaction in doing/achieving whatever you have ever thought to do. And it add's to your satisfaction when its done with extra incentives and results..
I had always thought of organizing a batch celebration together in open air. After becoming CR (Class Representative) for CSE MTech 2nd Year, I very much wanted to have a freshie intro session to be organized in OAT (Open Air Theater) of our great hostel Hostel-12. I could not do it since after the Departmental Freshie Welcome event, got late enough to get dark outside. :( Alas!! I missed that chance.. (But still I settled for 2nd best in going to lake side. ;) )

But as said, "There is some good in everything that happens". On new year eve of 2007, I got chance to get my desire done. Despite not getting total support of batchmates for any celebration (due to academic load), I still organized a New Year Party on the Hostel-12 OAT. Both batches of CSE MTech 1st and 2nd year were part of it. The added attraction was the Bonfire celebration. It still gathered a nice number of my pals to join. Although I expected more people to be there on the get together, but it was a satisfaction from within to have done what I had always wanted to do while being a CR of my batch.
I indeed felt, "Life is too short not to make the best and the most of everything that comes your way everyday."

So, do whatever you want to do in your life. Never keep any emotion/desires pending to the best of your effort. Live upto your dreams. Only then you can enjoy your real self. :)
